How Little Eats works:Little Eats is here to provide you, Melbourne’s Yummy Mummy’s and Cool Daddy’s, with reviews on the latest and greatest kid-friendly cafes around. We have sought out Melbourne’s best kid-friendly cafes and provide a quick and easy guide to the services they provide for little ones. Our focus is mainly on Melbourne cafes that specialise in breakfast, brunch and lunch, oh and of course coffee, cake and babycino’s! However you will also find some additional reviews on out of town cafes as well as some great spots for dinner too. Each review consists of a simple checklist that includes whether or not the cafe provides highchairs, changing facilities, easy pram access, kids menu’s, whether the normal menu has suitable and healthy options for kids, the kid-friendliness and attitude of the staff, whether there is a play area (eg: sandpit) for kids or activities and entertainment provided (eg: crayons, games, toys and books), as well as all the important stuff like prices, opening hours and contact details. On top of that, in a more detailed written review, we also share our personal experiences with you and our opinion on the food, atmosphere and vibe of the venue and how welcoming and suitable they are to the little ones in our lives. We can honestly say that we visit each cafe with an open mind and a healthy appetite. We do not let the cafe know in advance who we are or that we are conducting a review. We visit each cafe as normal, paying customers, and always have a proper meal be it breakfast, brunch or lunch, as we want to be able to report back to you on the complete customer experience.
