If you are after a more casual dining experience than the restaurant, Centennial Homestead Pantry is a gourmet and healthy option. The kiosk is located on the playground side of the complex and it’s a favourite with parents. You can choose to relax on the shaded deck seating with little ones or head straight to the playground and have a picnic on the grass. They focus on serving healthy, wholesome and delicious meals and snacks using eco-friendly packaging.
They offer a kids menu for lunch which consists of fish and chips or nuggets and chips ($9). For those after a more nutritious meal for the little ones, they do a picnic box which could feed all the family ($32 2people – $63 6 people). For toddlers and kids snacks, they also stock a range of ‘Whole Kids’ products including popcorn and bars.
For families, it a win-win situation as little ones can run to their hearts content whilst parent lie back in the sun.
Centennial Park playground and kiosk is the ideal way to spend the day with young children. The parking is free, the food is great and the playground full of exciting activities.
